Return & Refund Policy – Barakah Dealz

At Barakah Dealz, we are committed to conducting our business in accordance with Islamic values of honesty, fairness, and customer satisfaction. We strive to follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in all our transactions and dealings with customers.

Our Islamic Commitment

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"The buyer and the seller have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part; and if both parties spoke the truth and described the defects and qualities of the goods, they would be blessed in their transaction, and if they told lies or hid something, the blessing of their transaction would be lost."

In light of this teaching, Barakah Dealz is committed to transparency, honesty, and fair dealing with every customer.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item received differs from the item ordered.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • An incorrect parcel was delivered due to a packing or shipping error.

  • The customer wishes to return the product and it remains unused and in its original condition.

Return Period

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product should be unused and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Wrong Parcel or Delivery Errors

If an incorrect product or parcel is delivered due to an error on our part:

  • Barakah Dealz will accept the return of the incorrect item.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to provide the correct product.

  • Return shipping costs resulting from our mistake will be covered by Barakah Dealz.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.

  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or packaging.

  • Customized or specially ordered products, unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Fair Dealing and Transparency

Barakah Dealz does not believe in concealing defects or misleading customers. In accordance with Islamic business ethics, we aim to provide accurate product information and fair service. If a genuine mistake occurs on our part, we consider it our responsibility to correct it promptly and fairly, In Sha Allah.
